If you are wondering why we have stopped updating our website…It is because we just have a new addition to the bakery (Family)!
Little Darcy was born in December 2012. To make sure that he is well looked after and cared of, we will be taking a short break from baking.
Sorry about the inconvenience and we will most likely resume our delicious adventure in 2014!

We have just completed our last wedding cake order for this year!!
This is a woodland themed cake for a sweet couple (Chris & Holly) who recently had their reception at the beautiful Capilano Suspension Bridge Restaurant. They have chosen a delicious dark chocolate cake with blackberries buttercream as their bottom tier and a gluten free version as the top tier.
We picked up some gorgeous Pansies to use for the decoration and we absolutely love the beautiful summer/earthy scent that they gave out.
Congratulation to Chris and Holly on your big day, we wish that your life with each other from here on will be as sweet as our cake.
So we have done it…
We made a blueberry cream cheese cake that is loaded with farm fresh blueberries which made the cake very moist and flavorful. The light and airy cake base complements with the blueberries to create a perfect harmony in your mouth while you take a first bite.
As you would expected, this cake sold out early and we look forward to make a few more for the upcoming markets!
Summer is officially here and what does it have to offer?
These gorgeous local black berries and raspberries are the best compliments to our delicious chocolate cakes.
We made some berries flavored buttercream and the taste of berries just pop in your mouth when you take the first bite.
This wedding couple sure like what they tasted.

It is always hard to imagine what your wedding cake will taste like, that’s why we offer cake tasting sessions!
It is a fun/interactive meeting that we can get to know the wedding couple and find out about their needs.
In this particular session, we have put together a vanilla bean cake, chocolate/hazelnut cake and a decadent dark chocolate cake along with a variety of toppings!
