Nothing say “I love you” better than heart shaped smores dipped in Callebaut dark chocolate.

I have an habit of putting a twist on left-overs and turning them into something cool and exciting.

Left-overs graham crackers + marshmallow trimmings + excess melted dark chocolate + blow torch = heavenly goodness

Great! so we have just completed a huge order for one of our clients and it is time to recap what we did last week:

1) We made some gift tags…

2) We piped some peanut butter butter cream on the peanut butter oatmeal cookies…

3) I meant we piped “A LOT” of peanut butter butter cream…

4) We also made a lot of S’more, all from scratch! (Marshmallow, graham cracker…etc)

5) Did I mention that they are HUGE? like bigger than your palm kind of huge.

6) We also made some Whoopie Pies with cream cheese icing, however our hands were too occupied to take pictures at the end of the day : )

To sum it all up, our weekend have been really busy and exciting. I am glad everybody enjoyed our hard work and that matter to us the most.
